It's been a long time in the making, but I'm so excited to finally share my new song, "How Far We've Come," with you all!

I wrote this song about a personal experience in my family a few years ago... I could write a whole essay about the story behind it! But in a nutshell: it's basically about how when things feel like they're falling apart left-right-and-center, we can always figure out a way through it with a little perseverance.

I wrote the song, sang all vocals, played guitar, and mixed and engineered the tracks with co-producer Mattheus Brown.... he is an amazing producer and friend (besides also being my cousin), and I'm so happy to be able to work with him to bring our creative visions for these songs to life!

I’ve been driving down this highway for so long
And I’m trying to find the right words for a song

I remember that summer of ‘17
A new start, yeah it was just you and me
It felt so good; thought nothing could go wrong

Now our worries are so far away
Can we just make this last?

I know life’s been crazy
It’s been happening at full blast
But can we take the time
To reminisce,

Look at how far we’ve come

We were stranded, we felt like we were stuck
Hit rock bottom, so bad that we had to look up
But I remember sayin’ “there will come a day
When all our fears will dissipate.
Oh it’s hard, but we have to keep the faith.”

So we did; and look how things changed
